In this age of consumer awareness towards one’s healthcare, it’s so important to be in the hands of a true professional. I have severe dental phobia – having had numerous “bad” experiences with dentists. There is no better way to find a great dentist than to find out who your friends and neighbors trust. Most people will not recommend bad service to you or advise you to see a dentist they are not pleased with. On the recommendation of my friend, I reviewed Dr. Ash’s website and was quite impressed with his credentials of which I verified his current Board Certification with the Dental Board of California. Reading the scope of services he provides was welcoming. With that, and verifying that Dr. Ash was an Aetna contracted provider, I made an appointment for a dental consultation. Greeted by Randy at the front desk, her assistance was a ray of sunshine. For me, even stepping into a dental office can be traumatic. Randy was courteous, welcoming and professional. After x-rays, Dr. Ash provided a comprehensive review of my dental health and reviewed the treatment plan thoroughly with me. Dr. Ash is soft spoken, warm, kind, professional, thorough and reassured me that I would be taken care of in a manner that would help allay my fears. I have never been presented with a written treatment plan and cost projections in all of my years of dental experience so when Randy provided me with a copy of the plan, I was appreciative of Dr. Ash’s transparency to the patient. DeeDee and Jasmine, who comprise additional office team members are also very friendly. Follow-up appointments to begin dental work – to be scheduled shortly. My initial feelings are that I am in good hands and have begun a foundation that will be built with trust, compassion and excellent service. This is of utmost importance – especially in a service industry for me, that’s typically not one that “feels good”. I would highly recommend Dr. Ash and the office of Studio Dental.
